| Primary Duties |
- The Executive Director of Physician Practice Services will oversee the operations of current Holy Name’s current practices, while continuing the expansion of the practice-based health network.
- The Executive Director of Physician Practice Services works in collaboration with the CMO, collaborates with physicians, clinical managers, and the leadership of the hospital and is responsible for the operations and managerial oversight of the multi-specialty, multi-location medical practices affiliated with Holy Name.
- The Executive Director of Physician Practice Services establishes annual volume, financial, service, and quality goals for areas of responsibility that directly align with the operating the practices and strategic growth plans of the organization for new practices.
- The Executive Director of Physician Practice Services will be tasked with identifying business opportunities for providing geographic growth, new services, or enhancing existing services, and coordinates business planning for these opportunities with the functional departments.

| Minimum Qualifications |
Must possess Master's degree in Business Administration or Hospital Administration with at least five years of active practice management experience, inclusive of budgeting, marketing and program development exposure. Candidate must have broad and intensive knowledge of hospital administration. Extensive experience building and running a practice network is desired. |
