Diabetes Support Forum
Schedule Meets every other month on the 2nd Wednesday of the month, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
Description This meeting is for people with diabetes and their families to share common concerns, learn from each other's experience and skills, and discuss topics chosen by the group.
