More than 40% of non-Hispanic blacks have high blood pressure. If you're African American, there's a good chance that you, a relative or a friend has the disease. Hypertension is a key risk factor for stroke, which is also more prevalent in the African American community. Come learn what you can do to lower the controllable risk factors.
