For Seniors

Holy Name Hospital offers several programs for seniors in our community:

• Adult Day Away - Medical Day Care for senior citizens
• Home Health Care - provides a range of services to help patients transition from the hospital back to the home.  Patients receive high-quality health care services while recuperating within the comforts of their own surroundings.
• Hospice - provides services for patients whose illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatment.
• Lifeline - an emergency telephone response system
• Telehealth - cardiovascular assessments electronically transmitted to the hospital
