Q: What is Holy Name Health Care Foundation's tax ID number?

A: The tax identification number for Holy Name Medical Center Foundation is 22-2737143.

Q: Can you send me a copy of your 501(c)(3) designation letter?

Q: Are donations tax-deductible?

A: Yes, all donations are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.

Q: What will my donation support? And can I designate my gift for a specific purpose?

A: Healthcare is personal, and so is charitable giving. You are welcome to direct your gift to any of the general areas of the Holy Name Medical Center, or you may direct your gift to the Campaign for Villa Marie Claire, a first-of-its-kind, free-standing hospice facility. Many donors elect to direct their gifts to the unrestricted fund. This means that their gift will be used as needed and at the discretion of the Foundation's Development Committee as they meet the parameters of our mission. Unrestricted gifts are by far the most important for the Medical Center.

Q: Can I make a gift in honor or in memory of someone?

A: Yes, these are called Tribute Gifts.

Q: Can I make an anonymous gift? What will the Foundation do with my personal information?

A: Yes, the Foundation respects your desire to remain an anonymous donor. Your personal information will remain in the strictest confidence.

Q: What is the Founders Circle?

A: The Founders Circle is Holy Name Medical Center's leadership annual giving program. Annual gifts of $1,000 or more qualify donors for special benefits and opportunities unique to Holy Name Medical Center. To join or to learn more, visit Ways to Give section.
