VO2 Max Test
The New Leaf max measures the body’s ability to utilize oxygen during exercise. This 10-minute assessment, performed on a treadmill or stationary bike, identifies your aerobic fitness and the intensity levels at which you most efficiently burn stored fat. The report will also help you customize a program to improve cardiovascular fitness and achieve your personal goals. Cost: $199.99
