Group Fitness/Class Schedule

new Hypertension Management Program!

Group exercise is a great way to build up your cardiovascular system and tone up your body. HNH Fitness offers more than 60 group exercise classes to its members, including yoga, pilates, kickboxing, cycling and body sculpting.  Classes are offered seven days a week at various times of the day to accommodate our members' busy schedules.

  • Classes & instructors subject to change without notice.
  • To ensure the safety of our members, entry to classes will not be permitted 10 minutes after scheduled start time.
  • Group Cycle and Trekking require advance registration.  Please see the front desk one hour prior to class to pick up your participant number.
