Our programs comprise a variety of health topics and span all age groups; from infant massage to our 50First program for seniors, there is a program designed to suit the health needs of all community members.

Diabetes Self-Management Program
Certified by the American Diabetes Association. The Diabetes Self Management Program at Holy Name Hospital provides education about behavior change, prevention, care during complications and information about the pathophysiology of Diabetes. People with diabetes are counseled by a registered nurse/certified diabetes educator on insulin self-administration, blood sugar monitoring, exercise, health, maintenance, and the importance of routine physical follow-up. Through educational and emotional support, individuals learn how to take charge of diabetes to enable them to live a more healthful and fulfilling life. Daytime and evening, group and one-to-one counseling sessions are offered.
Child Birth and Parenting Education
Whether you are an expectant parent or a new parent, we would like to offer our congratulations and very best wishes. To prepare you for the future, we offer several types of family education classes.
50First Club
The 50First club can help you be your best! 50First is a club for people age 50 and over, who are interested in maintaining and improving their health through educational programs and social events.
