Holy Name Medical Center's Hispanic Outreach Program is proud to present the 3rd Annual Walk for Hope – a 5K walk to raise awareness about the unique health and wellness needs targeted to the families in our Hispanic communities.
Our Goal:The goal of the Hispanic Outreach Program's "Walk for Hope Campaign" is to raise funds to facilitate health screenings for underserved members of the Hispanic community. Register to Walk for Hope today!
