Description:
Community Health is proud to offer a FREE support group for individuals that are looking to quit smoking. The groups are small in size and are held weekly on Thursdays from 5:00 to 6:00 pm for six consecutive weeks. Facilitated by group leaders, groups are structured to provide education and tools aimed at stress reduction in order to enhance coping and promote smoking cessation.
