Open to those who are impacted by cancer. This class will feature seated cardio exercises including stretching and strengthening. Follow along with chair exercises while learning other simple fitness tips that can keep you active. Some standing exercises incorporated with modifications. If you don't have light weight dumbbells, a can of soup or a bottle of water will do.
