Open to those who are impacted by cancer. Inspired by traditional yoga and Eastern medicine, the Yin yoga class is designed to balance you physically, mentally and energetically. Yin yoga helps regulate the flow of energy in the body, by holding poses for a longer period. The class begins with meditation and breathing exercises, allowing the mind and body to awaken.
