Open to those who are impacted by cancer. Journaling encourages self-expression, offers a positive creative outlet and is a great stress management tool. Have you ever purchased a journal but didn’t know what to write inside? In this class, we will offer writing prompts which can lead to a cathartic writing experience. There is no right or wrong way to journal so join us in this judgement-free workshop. Putting pen to paper has been proven to regulate emotions, reduce stress and boost mood. Have a notebook or journal ready.
