Open to those who are impacted by cancer. Journaling encourages self-expression, offers a positive creative outlet and is a great stress management tool. Have you ever purchased a journal but didn’t know what to write inside? In this class, we will offer writing prompts while also offering an opportunity for free writing. There is no right or wrong way to journal so join us in this judgement-free workshop. Putting pen to paper has been proven to regulate emotions, reduce stress and boost mood. Have a notebook or journal ready.
