About Me

Vikram Premkumar, MD, MS, is a hematologist/oncologist who has participated in clinical and translational research and brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to treating patients with blood diseases and cancers. He understands the fear and anxiety patients with serious llnesses face and offers compassionate, advanced care tailored to each individual.

In addition to his clinical skills, Dr. Premkumar has received grant support for his research in blood cancers from the Conquer Cancer Foundation and the National Institutes of Health. He has been published in numerous medical journals and given many oral presentations. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology and the American Medical Association.
