Dear Residency Candidate,
On behalf of the leadership and faculty at Holy Name Medical Center, thank you for your interest in our new Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program.
This is an exciting time to join Holy Name, where clinical innovation meets patient-centered, compassionate care. Our residency program builds upon Holy Name's 100-year legacy of excellence to train the next generation of physicians who are prepared to serve diverse communities with skill and humanity.
Through our training model, residents will receive one-on-one teaching, mentorship, and progressive responsibility to foster independence and clinical confidence. Our program emphasizes not only technical excellence, but also equity, diversity, and wellness-ensuring that residents graduate as capable, compassionate physicians ready to provide care across the full spectrum of women's health.
We are committed to academic research and scholarly development. Our residents actively participate in national meetings, gaining exposure and contributing to the future of our specialty. Guided by the educational objectives of CREOG and the standards of the ACGME, our program provides a breadth and depth of experience that is both academically rigorous and clinically comprehensive.
Holy Name residents will train in one of the most diverse patient populations in the nation, an experience that enriches both their education and their ability to deliver inclusive, culturally sensitive care. Just as importantly, we recognize that physician wellness is vital to success, and we strive to support our residents personally as well as professionally.
We are honored to lead a team of dedicated educators who share a passion for advancing the field of obstetrics and gynecology while mentoring the next generation of leaders in women's health. It is with great pride and excitement that we welcome you to our new residency program.
Sincerely,
