Dr. Hee Yang is a general surgeon at Holy Name. He says it is a privilege being a physician, and with that privilege comes the responsibility of taking the best care of his patients.

Dr. Yang completed his medical education at Rush Medical College in Chicago. He then completed his residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, and a fellowship in laparoscopic surgery at the Institute for Minimally Invasive Surgery in White Plains, NY. He is proud to be at Holy Name because of its emphasis on always doing the right thing.

Dr. Yang is a fellow of The American College of Surgeons. He has been named a Top Doctor by Castle Connolly and NJ Top Docs as well as a Top Surgeon by the International Association of HealthCare Professionals and the Consumers’ Research Council of America. His work has been featured in numerous scientific publications and he has lectured worldwide on surgical innovations.
