About Me:

Dr. Eckman is fellowship trained in endocrinology and metabolism with extensive experience in all types of thyroid disorders. He comes to Holy Name from Trinitas Regional Medical Center, where he was Chief of Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism and Director of the Diabetes Management Center.

Dr. Eckman also serves on the faculty of Seton Hall University and the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine and has conducted extensive research throughout the years on treatment for Type I diabetes and women's health.
