In honor of CPR and AED Awareness Month, join us for a special session of Holy Name's Soul Purpose Healthy Heart Cardiac support group focused on lifesaving skills, including a brief CPR demonstration and information about the Family & Friends CPR course. This session will give you the opportunity to learn how to save a life and strengthen your confidence in responding to an emergency.
