This month focus is: Exploring the Impact of Obesity on Women's Health
Obesity can significantly affect a woman's health across multiple dimensions. It is associated with an increased risk of several cancers, may contribute to women delaying or avoiding preventive screenings, and can play a role in gynecologic conditions, including abnormal uterine bleeding that may be overlooked or attributed to other causes.
