Holy Name, the region’s leading independent health system, announced today the addition of new clinicians to its physician network; representing specialties including neonatology, neurosurgery and internal medicine. The Holy Name Physicians network comprises more than 400 primary and specialty care providers with locations throughout northern New Jersey.

Kiran Bhat, MD is a board-certified neonatologist and Chief of Neonatology at Holy Name. She is deeply committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to newborns and their families, drawing inspiration from their strength during the NICU journey. Under her leadership, Holy Name’s NICU continues to offer a nurturing, calming environment with exceptional care. Dr. Bhat began her career at Danbury Hospital and later joined the faculty at St. Joseph’s Health in Paterson, New Jersey, where she led quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based neonatal practices. Her dedication to education was recognized through several teaching awards for excellence in mentoring pediatric residents.
Previously, she served as the Director of NICU Operations at Onsite Neonatal Partners, helping to expand and develop neonatal programs nationwide. Dr. Bhat earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed her Pediatrics residency and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship at Cohen Children’s Medical Center in New York.
Eleanora Spinazzi, MD is a fellowship-trained neurosurgeon who is highly skilled in the latest, most advanced treatments for both common and complex neurological conditions. She earned her medical degree at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and completed her neurosurgery residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center. She went on to complete a fellowship in endovascular neurosurgery at Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona.
Ravneet Kaur, MD is a family medicine physician who graduated from Windsor University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Mercy Health – St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima, Ohio. She completed a fellowship in integrative health at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Jose Sabogal, MD has joined Dr. Eli Djebiyan’s practice as an internal medicine physician. Dr. Sabogal has spent years delivering high-quality, hands-on care as a hospitalist at Holy Name; now, he will bring that same level of clinical excellence and compassion to our internal medicine practice in Englewood. Dr. Sabogal earned his medical degree from Universidad del Valle in Colombia and completed his residency at Seton Hall University, where he was associate chief resident.
Hendy B. Jean, MD is a board-certified internal medicine physician and nocturnist who provides comprehensive care and finds the most rewarding part of his work to be when a patient’s health improves. He earned his medical degree from Notre Dame University of Haiti and completed his residency in internal medicine at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. From there, he completed fellowships in nephrology at Baystate Medical Center in Massachusetts and Rutgers New Jersey Medical School.
Jiyoung Wong, DO, is a hospitalist and graduate of the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her work has been published in esteemed medical journals. She is proud to be at Holy Name because patients receive high-quality care.
Cathleen Saros, DO, a certified-family medicine physician, provides personalized, evidence-based care with an emphasis on active listening. Dr. Saros earned her medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and pursued advanced individual research at New York University. Dr. Saros completed her residency training in family medicine at Palmetto General Hospital in Hialeah, Florida.
Michael D’Arcy, PA, specializes in orthopedics with an expertise in arthritis, sports injuries, and pain-relief injections. His approach to patient care is rooted in empathy, education, and teamwork, and his goal is to ensure patients feel informed and supported. Michael feels the most rewarding part of his work is helping patients return to the activities they love. Michael earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Quinnipiac University in North Haven, Connecticut. A former EMT and collegiate men’s soccer player, he stays active with pickleball, hiking, running, and traveling.
Atinuke Asaolu, CNM, WHNP, is a dedicated midwife who honors each woman’s unique needs, cultural traditions, and personal preferences through individualized care and shared decision-making. Committed to informed choice, she provides complete, relevant, and unbiased information throughout the pregnancy journey and across women’s health. Atinuke earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rutgers University with a specialization in Midwifery and Women’s Health.
