Visitor Policy
Visiting hours are seven days a week, from 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 8:00 p.m. only, and with these guidelines:
Below are the visitor restrictions until further notice:
- All visitors must be over age 18.
- Visitors age 14-17 will be permitted, but must be accompanied by an adult.
- Two support people to accompany and/or visit each patient are allowed.
- Maternity patients are allowed one support person and two visitors. If a maternity patient is Covid-positive, one support person is allowed.
- For units without a waiting room - including Cardiac Catheterization Lab - and Interventional Radiology - two support people may accompany the patient, but must leave when the patient is taken for their procedure and will be notified when the patient returns to their room.
- NO visitors are allowed for patients who are Covid-positive, with the following exception: Covid-positive pediatric patients on the inpatient unit and in the ER are allowed two support people.
- Entry is not recommended for any visitors experiencing respiratory or gastrointestinal symptoms including:
- Unexplained cough / sore throat, fever, chills, congestion, runny nose, shortness of breath, or loss of smell or taste.
- Upset stomach, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
- Only essential vendors and salespeople will be granted access to the hospital. All vendors and salespeople must be vaccinated, have an appointment and be approved through vendormate.
- The Terrace Cafe is now open to visitors.
- Any visitor who becomes disruptive, aggressive or violent will be escorted out of the medical center by our security team.
- Please note that COVID-19 transmission based precautions are in place.
- If you are experiencing respiratory symptoms or have suspected/confirmed COVID-19, or had close contact with someone with COVID-19 you are required to wear a mask. COVID-19 practices will be updated as transmission levels change.
- Additionally, any individual who would like to continue to participate in universal masking is supported to do so.
