RN Clinical Simulation

Clinical simulation affords a safe environment for learning, and Holy Name Medical Center is at the forefront of this technology. The School of Nursing is committed to providing multiple levels of patient care scenarios for students to integrate knowledge, skills, critical thinking, ethical decision-making, clear communication ability, cultural sensitivity awareness and professionalism. Scenarios range from common medical conditions to critical situations, offering students the opportunity to learn correct interventions and create accurate self-evaluations regarding nursing care.

The School of Nursing conducts simulations on the Englewood Cliffs campus and at the Russell Berrie Institute for Simulation Learning at Holy Name Medical Center.
